On this week’s Real Game Talk, Daniel Lima receives four of his best friends to share (and possibly compete with) their predictions for the Electronic Entertainment Expo of 2015, which is about to start. Some decide to play it safe while others go all out and make unlikely, or in some cases almost impossible, predictions of what we are going to see in the show. This episode is packed with content for Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and most of the third parties that will be showing games this year, so regardless of your gaming fandom, feel free to join your host alongside Roberto Rubiano, Aaron Kleker, Charles “CJ” Meade and Luis Menchaca aboard this crazy hype train!
After a long hiatus, host Daniel Lima brings Real Game Talk back with frequent co-host Roberto Rubiano and special guest Luis Menchaca. The crew discusses whether Nintendo should continue tackling E3 through their prerecorded digital events or if they should go back to the the old ways of making a big live press conference, Luis wants to know which videogame could be adapted into a good live-action movie or TV show and, in the last segment, Dan discusses which game franchises have reached the point of needing a reboot with a whole new story and characters or at least a fresh new set of mechanics.
In the second episode of Real Game Talk, Daniel Lima receives returning guest Roberto Rubiano and, making his debut on the show, Aaron Kleker. They talk about lots of gaming related topics, including the latest Donkey Kong Country games, the trend of delaying games, the announcement of Rock Band 4, Nintendo franchises coming to smartphones and the possibilities of Nintendo’s future in the console business.
For the last segment, Kleker discusses if certain gaming franchises are becoming stale, repetitive and uninteresting, and what kinds of ramifications that could have on the videogame industry as a whole.
In the first episode of Real Game Talk, Daniel Lima receives his friend Roberto Rubiano to talk about two PlayStation devices that have recently celebrated birthdays since their release on the American market, each with their own stories and unique libraries.
The duo then proceeds to discuss the trend of re-releasing, remastering and remaking old games for newer consoles, and whether or not they should keep coming. Roberto wants to know what the future holds for console gaming, now that the technical/graphical improvements don’t seem to make that much of a visual difference, and the conversation is taken through the possibilities of Virtual Reality.
On the pilot episode of Real Game Talk, host Daniel Lima talks about the purpose of his new podcast, frame rate declarations about Uncharted 4 and the possible reasons behind Nintendo’s recent decisions regarding the New 3DS.
